The Blog, the Internet, identifies a site similar to a personal diary where the author or authors, called bloggers, narrate events in chronological order , facts and news.

Even the news programs, newspapers and broadcasts in-depth that speak of our story, the blogs have taken the material and through the blog have contacted us.
In this month's blog was one of the "unexpected action" that has most annoyed at those who, in the company, is responsible for having made the unfortunate decision of dismissal. Every day we have "guests" by the head of Novartis, the friends of HR and communications (which salute) are among the regular readers of these pages.
One month from the famous conference we're all still stunned by the business decision, but we must express our disappointment and our regret not screw our anxieties and fears. We try to make us feel! Who in one way and one of another we all involved.
I am convinced that (I quote a colleague), with education, fairness and clarity, we must all express our opinions, take the steps that it deemed appropriate to bring out our story. Our work has always taught us that in front of a customer refused to surrender but do not have to find new ways to break through: the yield is not part of our DNA. We do not snatch our lives without reacting, we owe it to each of us and our loved ones.
However, there is also a value of "political" I would emphasize in the words of Carlo Pisacane:
"all my reward, I will find in the depths of my conscience and soul of this dear and generous friends ... that if our sacrifice does not bring any good to Italy will be at least a glory for it to have produced children who wanted to sacrifice himself to his future " .
I therefore hope that our example, though imperfect, is useful to awaken the conscience and stimulate action, only then can there be a sequel. We have seen how we can go over everything to interest and money, and we should have understood that only together we have a chance to resist.
