Here I am again to write ...
and this time I will write a fantastic recipe tested and approved just just a few minutes ago!
Cooking ... especially sweet is one of my greatest passions and tonight I dabbled in making those cupcakes with classic American pies that sort of colored glaze that usually covers the top.
have not yet managed to take pictures of my critters for hours and then insert a picture from google but tomorrow I will do a photo shoot for my sweets!
You can pick any number to create the coverage of these cakes, but since the base (like a muffin) is very simple and vanilla flavor I preferred to create a strong contrast as a first layer and tasty like the ganache .
'nuff said here's the recipe with a lot of lazy!
cupcakes
Ingredients: 12 x candy.
Butter 113 Gr
130 gr of white sugar
3 large eggs
195 gr of white flour
1 \\ 2 teaspoon baking powder (vanilla is best)
a pinch of salt
60 Ml. Milk
Qb of Vanillin

First, turn the oven to 180 degrees (not ventilated miraccomando!)
- In a large bowl, add butter (which should be soft, room temperature) and sugar mixed with a whip until the dough is soft and fluffy.
- Now add to this mix an egg at a time, stirring constantly so as to maintain a homogeneous mixture always fluffy and soft.
- In a separate bowl put flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla.
-This is the most important step, now you need to add to first mixture alternately FLOUR (and other ingredients) and milk, it is important that you start adding the flour and ends with this.
I recommend you add the milk a little bit at a time because it's really very little even if it makes the mixture more fluid and sticky!
is that the dough is ready, the color is light yellow, taste sweet and have a sticky consistency and not too runny.
Now put about a tablespoon of batter into each paper and bake Formina.
After about 18-20 minutes of your cupcakes are ready, the color should be golden!
To make sure the cooking try to pierce with a toothpick to touch the bottom ... pulling it out if you find the dough sticking to wait a bit '!
Ganache (the first glaze coverage)
Ingredients:
125 Ml. liquid cream
200 Gr Chocolate (with dark chocolate is good!)
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Boil cream in a saucepan and add the chopped chocolate.
Reduce the heat and continue stirring until a homogeneous mixture when you do not have semi-liquid.
With this you can as you please every sweet frosting as you like ... remember that to be put on the sweet cold already!
And do not expect too much or run the risk of clot so as to harden and become unusable!
Frosting (Icing final)
Ingredients:
230 gr icing sugar
Butter 113 Gr
2 tablespoons milk or cream (I did one of the milk and cream!)
+ food coloring to your liking.

-The butter should be room temperature, but this time it is best to keep it a bit 'cooler to make the frosting more compact, and then beat the butter to combine them in a single batter.
-If you use an electric mixer to keep it low and gradually add sifted icing sugar before.
-Raise the power of the mix. and add two tablespoons cream \\ milk until mixture is frothy.
-If you want to add the dye, remember a few drops give a lot of color!
At this point you can put the mixture into a sac-a-few and decorate the cookies (again, strictly cold!)
Otherwise you can spread it with a spoon!
FOR DECORATION
You can pick any of these to decorate cakes, Let your imagination!
example, you can cut the fruit in season (I used strawberries and bananas) and insert it into the icing.
Or simply dusted with cocoa the whole, or add small colored chocolates!
If you are a real sweet tooth you can paint your creations with the colorful smarties!
I hope this recipe will delight your palate and those of your friends!
Let me know how it goes and if you want more tips!
A big kiss
G
